CONDITIONING CLASS
This class is for anyone who wishes to learn sparring and fighting techniques, defence skills and drills, footwork, movement and variations of fighting combinations that will work in the ring. This is a two hour class that contains sparring and physical conditioning that is not for the faint hearted!
