“Be inspired at WOSSOBAMA GYM - You take the first step and come along to one of our classes and we’ll take care of the rest! Relaxed atmosphere, training support, guidance, exciting classes and most importantly - professional instruction.”

You will be made most welcome at any of the classes. All people who train in martial arts and boxing were once beginners so please don’t worry - even the instructors were beginners at one point... It is our job to help, advise and encourage you when you come along to one of our classes.


BOXING

Come and learn how to box. Professional instruction within the fully equipped Wossobama Gym. 1000sq ft sprung wooden floor studio with a full time 14ft boxing ring, heavy bags, focus pads, electronic timer clock, ab mats, skipping ropes, medicine balls, etc.

This is an exciting Female Only class learning all the skills used in Muay Thai / Thai Kickboxing, this is the ultimate fatburning workout and its one of the highest calorie burning sports there is.

Tommy Mitchell

Learn traditional jiu-jitsu taught by sensei Tommy Mitchell (1st dan), Tommy is well versed in many martial arts styles as well as weapons. He teaches under the organisation called the  World Jiu-Jitsu Federation (WJJF).

KIDS BEAT THE BULLIES

£3.50 per class or £30 per month, that includes a child class pass to up to 7 classes a week plus free we will give any one parent a full gym membership, fitness programme included.

SPARRING / CONDITIONING CLASS

This class is for anyone who wishes to learn sparring and fighting techniques, defence skills and drills, footwork, movement and variations of fighting combinations that will work in the ring. This is a two hour class that contains sparring and physical conditioning that is not for the faint hearted!
