We have different types of cardiovascular equipment, which are all programmable :

There is a full range of free weights:

  • Barbells
  • Dumb bells
  • Bars
  • Kettle bells
  • With olympic and standard plates (up to 300kg)
  • As well as resistance machines.

When you join the Wossobama Gym you will receive an induction around all areas. Once you start training on your fitness programme you will benefit further by being motivated by us and educated properly on how to correctly exercise helping you to transform your body shape.
